The Lake Louise Christian Community Board of Trustees is seeking applications for a full time Executive Director for Lake Louise Christian Community, a 501 (c)(3) non- profit. This year round retreat center, camp and cottage community is located on the pristine shores of Lake Louise (Thumb Lake) in Boyne Falls, Michigan. The Executive Director (ED) shall have the responsibility for the implementation of the vision and evaluation of the extended ministries within the guidelines established by the Lake Louise Christian Community (LLCC) Board of Trustees and will provide leadership for ministry, operations, marketing, human resources, finance and fundraising. The ED will lead full, part-time and seasonal staff. This position will ensure the creation, development and ongoing effectiveness of all programs and activities. All functions and activities will be performed within the stated vision, mission, and core values of LLCC, a United Methodist ministry. Wanted: Part-time Worship Leader, leader of the band for CrossWind Church in Dorr, Mi. CrossWind Church is known for being a relevant and modern church reaching out to people without a church in Northern Allegan County. Our mission's statement is, “to love people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.” We currently have about 200 regular church attenders between our 2 services and we are growing! Our style is somewhat heavy rock. We do music from David Crowder and Tenth Avenue North and others with a similar style. Our band is made up of quality musicians.
