Please pray for the family of Rev. Paul Doherty, retired pastor in the West Michigan Conference, who died unexpectedly today, Monday, July 26, 2010, due to complications from cancer treatment. Paul was fondly known throughout The United Methodist Church as "Mr. Haiti" for his tireless ministry on behalf of the Methodist Church in Haiti. Funeral arrangements are pending.
