Open meeting with WM delegates

The General and Jurisdictional Conference delegation of the West Michigan Conference has set aside several hours during two upcoming meetings in order to dialogue with conference clergy and laity.  If you would like to ask questions or present your viewpoint on any of the issues that will be addressed at General Conference, you are invited to contact Rev. Laurie Haller, chair of the West Michigan delegation, at grsupt@wmcumc.org or in writing at the West Michigan Conference Center, P.O. Box 6247, 11 Fuller SE, Grand Rapids MI  49516. 

 The available times are:

• Saturday, February 18, between 10 a.m. and noon: Millwood UMC, Kalamazoo
• Saturday, March 24, between 10 a.m. and noon: West Michigan Conference Center, Grand Rapids

Guests will be allowed 10 minutes to address the delegation and will be able to use our conference Smart Room technology if they do not live near the meeting site. More information about General Conference can be found on the General Conference web site.  In addition, the West Michigan Conference Weekly News will contain a brief article each week leading up to General Conference.
