If your church hasn't submitted the more recent history summary and records survey, we need you to now! We need this information in order to better facilitate researchers interested in the history of the church - researchers including you! We would appreciate the current pastor and/or historian of your church taking the time to complete the survey. We will soon have up a list of churches that have submitted the more recent survey, so if you are not sure if your church has submitted it you will soon be able to check online.
