Payment Policy
- The camp fee balance is due no later than May 15; campers with balances not paid in full may be removed from the camp roster.
- Registration forms received after May 15 require full payment to be processed.
- Registrations are accepted until camp capacity is met.
- The $75 registration deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Cancellations up to two weeks prior to camp will be refunded, minus the deposit fee.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made two weeks prior to the camp start date or later.
